PT-SURE Application Submission Instructions

PRE-TEACHING SUMMER UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH EXPERIENCE (PT-SURE) APPLICATION MATERIALS SUBMISSION

Applicants must submit their application and essay via T-Square. Recommendations should be emailed by the writer (not the applicant) directly to Susan Belmonte, Pre-Teaching Advisor, sbelmonte@gatech.edu. Recommendations posted to T-Square will not be accepted.

JOINING THE "PT-SURE" SITE ON T-SQUARE

  1. Go to T-Square at http://t-square.gatech.edu.
  1. Log into T-Square using your GT account information.
  1. Click on the "My Workspace" tab on the left side.
  1. Click on the "Membership" link in the left menu.
  1. Click on the "Joinable Sites" button.
  1. Use the search box to search for "PT-SURE."
  1. Click "Join" link when "PT-SURE" appears.

ENTERING THE "PT-SURE" SITE

  1. Click the "PT-SURE" tab at the top

1a. Click the "My Active Sites" tab and find the "PT-SURE" site.

UPLOADING YOUR APPLICATION FOR "PT-SURE"

  1. Click "Drop Box under "Tools" on the left side.
  1. In "Drop Box," click on the "Add' dropdown option to the right of the "PT-SURE" folder.
  1. Select "Upload Files."
  1. In "Upload files," use the "Browse" button to locate your application file on your hard drive or flash drive.
  1. Click on your application file.
  1. Click "Open."
  1. In the T-Square "Display Name" field, type your last name - first name. For example, Burdell - George.
  1. Click "Upload."
